Almost

I looked at myself in the mirror;
face is flushed;
not just because of the heat from outside;
it's the adrenalin rush;
almost certain of it cos;
butterflies in the stomach;
lack of sleep;
absence of foods;
almost knowing something is about to happen...
something that will sweep me off my feet.
