Curtesy

I can't stand people who do not have basic courtesy. Like how some people having difficulty to say thank you after receiving presents from you. Like the present never reach their hands. That made me wonder whether they like it ke or they don't or they didn't received it at all!

I don't understand. Why is it so difficult just to say Thank you?
