Restructuring

My office just had an restructuring; some people are happier than the others; some lose face; some being positive and putting a smiley face. No change for me though. I guess this change is inevitable and perhaps it is for the better. Just I didn't like the way it was being done; too wishy washy I feel. Why can't everything be spelled out clearly so everyone knows what is happening?
