Moderation Board

Quarterly Moderation Board is back again and this time we are on VC. We have been doing this for so many years and I am now a veteran at those boards. You see, it requires some skills to fully understand what all the moderators are talking about. I mean what they really meant to say. When they start praising what a wonderful job that you have done; don't be happy. They will always end that with "However..." then the real truth nothing but the truth will reveal itself! That is when everyone would be gripping both the arm rests of the chairs, teeth clenched till the last word being uttered. We can't really blame them for doing what they are doing because we pay them. Ya we are all masochists!

On the other hand, these boards are important to maintain standards. At least it is all for the benefit of the students. Plus it does serves as that "invisible" survillance eyes to watch over people who are at the job. Well if you know your work is going to be moderated, obviously you would want to make sure you at least scored over the pass level.

It is a demanding efforts though.
