Shock

I am in shock today because one of my colleagues has resigned. Today is his last day at work. I never see it coming. He has been my great help and I have learn a trick or two from him. I like the professionalism in him; he is always able to pinpoint and focus to the root cause of a problem. I think it is a great lost to the company with him leaving.

Sigh.
