Off Time

I don't understand why some people are so bad with timing!? They always come late... always! If we janji at 7pm, be sure that they will only turn up at 8pm! Don't they feel bad that they let everyone wait and wasted people's time? They think it is perfectly fine since they have "allowed" their friends to go ahead with ordering of foods instead of waiting.
